  • Web and Email Hosting: Website data is stored on secure servers located in Romania (European Union). The website uses an SSL certificate for secure data transfer. Emails are periodically downloaded and deleted from the server to minimize data exposure on the hosting provider’s infrastructure.
  • WhatsApp: Communication is protected with end-to-end encryption (message content cannot be intercepted by third parties). Metadata may be processed on Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. servers in accordance with European legislation.
  • Local protection: All devices where received data is stored are secured with Bitdefender Total Security/Bitdefender Mobile Security and protected by biometric authentication or PIN.
  • Data retention: We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law.


5. Data recipients


We do not sell or transfer your data. They may only be accessed by:

  • Public authorities (e.g., ANAF) based on legal obligations.
  • Service providers strictly necessary (web hosting, accounting), acting as authorized processors.
